Dear All, the entry list for the Swedish Youth Games (U17) 2019 has been published and is available at:

For selecting the players/pairs the BEC European U17 Ranking from 07/10/2019 has been used.

Withdrawal deadline is Monday, October 21, 2019 11:59 PM (GMT +02:00). All withdrawal until this date must be made by respective associations. Before the withdrawal deadline has passed, a promotion from the “Waiting List” to the Main draw is obligated and will be done automatically, unless the respective player/pair has withdrawn from the “Waiting List” beforehand. After the withdrawal deadline has passed, the organizers must have such a promotion confirmed in writing by the association/associations of the respective player/pair before it takes place. Only when this confirmation has been given, the player/pair is considered as an entry. (reg. 12.4 of the Badminton Europe U17 circuit regulations)

We as organizers are of course very happy about the big turnout of entries to this year’s BEC U17! On the other hand, this means that a lot of players won’t get into the competition which is a pity. We will of course take this into consideration regarding next years Swedish Youth Games and consider expanding the format.
